Because DNS is a distributed, cached system, different tools or locations can briefly show different results after a recent change; this is normal and settles as caches expire.

Every lookup runs live against public DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, and network sources for that single request — there's no account to create, and no sign-up required to use any tool.
